The process begins with a question or area of focus, followed by the you and me interacting with the cards; which are then interpreted through symbolic, spiritual and intuitive readings. The session concludes with a summary and action points to integrate the reading's guidance. 

Process where dried sage leaves are burned, and the smoke removes negative energy cleansing and purifying the space or person. Also, the use of sound frequencies, music, crystals, spiritual converse, and essential oils.

Please note that there will be smells associated with cleansings. Let me know if you have any allergy or irritation to certain smells.

Reiki is a light, non-invasive touch, or hands hovering just above the body, to channel energy through you for relaxation and stress reduction.
